This is a set of two items: an ETC on-board unit cleaning card designed with NEXCO East Japan's character, Manaty, and a Manaty ring-attached keychain. Regular cleaning is necessary to prevent ETC communication errors. You can easily clean the IC contacts just by inserting and removing the card several times. These are novelty items.
