I checked the official size and it seems to be about 11cm. I was using a different sock-type one, so I didn't use these much, and I think the condition is relatively good, but they have been stored for a long time. The condition is based on my personal opinion. Please check the photos, and I'm sorry, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
