This is a plate designed by Kazuko Horii, which was sold exclusively at Quatre Saisons in the 1990s. Diameter: 23cm The design features hand-painted French text in silver. It was purchased and used, and has been stored at home since. As it is an item from over thirty years ago, it is now considered vintage. There are no chips or cracks, but please check the condition from the photos.
