He received the Grand Prize at the Japan Ceramic Art Exhibition, the Chichibunomiya Cup, the Japan Ceramic Society Award, was an examiner for the Traditional Crafts New Works Exhibition, and held biennial solo exhibitions at the Mitsukoshi Department Store in Nihonbashi. ※ Certified as a Living National Treasure in 2003. ★ Acquired over half a century ago.
