It's a sturdy 2-way knit fabric that stretches both vertically and horizontally. The skirt part is made of Oshima Tsumugi. The Oshima Tsumugi is firm with a crispness and luster. You can wear it alone in the summer, and in spring, autumn, and winter, you can layer it with a turtleneck inner & leggings, so you can wear it all year round. Use detergents like Acron or Emal (rinse 2-3 times as they rinse well). If hand washing, wash gently without wringing, hang it on a hanger as is, and stretch out the wrinkles. Hang it in the bathroom, on the veranda, or outside, and the wrinkles will come out with the weight of the water. If you are still concerned, use a steam iron, holding it 1-2cm away from the fabric, and it will finish beautifully.
