A fusible interfacing (backing) has been applied to the back of the fabric, making it even more sturdy. (This was professionally applied, resulting in a beautiful finish. It's so perfectly applied that you might not even notice it's there.) This fabric is more suitable for making tote bags, handbags, and pouches than for sewing clothes. You can create items like those in photos 4-6 (though the colors will be different). This fabric has served us well for a long time, used as a daycare bag for children. It's strong enough to hold clothes, shoes, and even hard items like lesson boxes without tearing or fraying. We used appliqués and patches to distinguish between our children's bags.
