I enjoyed this Awamori San-go-sho 5-year-aged Kusu, first with 3 sho, then adding another 1 sho along the way, savoring the mellow, rich, and smooth Kusu, diluted with water or sometimes on the rocks, for over 15 years. The jar has a capacity of 4 sho / 7200 ml, and there is still room left. I did not use the original jar lid as I purchased a separate silicone stopper. The silicone stopper has discolored due to age.
