This is a Plus J pea coat that I purchased new about 10 years ago. I wore it about 2-3 times a season. Including the lining, I don't see any noticeable stains or frays, so I think it will still be useful for a long time. It feels heavy when you hold it, but when you wear it, it feels like it sits on your shoulders and you don't feel the weight. It feels warm enough.
