This is a fluorescent light made by Twinbird in 2008. It has only been used a few times, but: Photos ③ and ④ show rust on the screws at the bottom and near the bulb. Photo ⑥ shows discoloration only on the top. Otherwise, it is clean with no scratches or stains. I took photos to confirm the operation and brightness: Photo ⑩ shows it in a room with the curtains closed on a rainy evening. Photo ⑪ shows it when lit. Photo ⑦ shows the tip-over off switch.
