I only opened the blade, but it is unused as shown in the photos! The ratchet and bit are unopened, so I cannot handle any defects. Please contact the manufacturer. Also, after the item arrives, I will not accept claims regarding product discrepancies such as light weight or poor balance, as I am unable to deal with the possibility of the contents being switched.
