I bought it, but only tried it on at home, and I don't think I've ever worn it outside. I'm letting it go because I don't have the opportunity to wear it. I don't think there are any particularly noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that it has been stored at home. I vaguely remember there being a belt strap as an accessory, but I seem to have lost it. Also, the hem of the petticoat is originally designed to be cut off, so it looks like threads are unraveling, but please understand that this is the design (distressed finish).
