This is a somewhat retro, antique-style Nagoya obi. It might still be possible to wear it as an obi, but it could also be used as a material for handicrafts. It has vibrant embroidery of red, blue, white, and silver flower petals. This item was a gift. I have never used it myself. It does seem to have been used quite a bit.
