This item is quite old, but it has been stored unused, so it's in very good condition except for the outer box. The paper parts, stickers, and "Forest Story" are missing. As for the accessories, the teacups and other items are still on the runners. The master's outfit and small items are unopened, and appear to be complete based on a visual check through the bag, but please forgive any oversight. The glasses also still have the tape on the back. The buildings and furniture are also very clean with no yellowing. The outer box is not in very good condition, so please consider it as an extra. I will wrap the buildings in cushioning material and place them in the outer box, then wrap the outer box in a paper bag for shipping.
