I used this only once to eliminate the weight of the futon because I have clubfoot. It didn't work for my clubfoot even without the futon, but the quality of this product is fine. It's light, but unlike ordinary styrofoam, it's sturdy. I will disassemble it for shipping. Assembly instructions are included.
