This is a very lovely skirt with a satin-like, slightly glossy finish. It looks high-end. The many flares make it look beautiful when it moves. I received this from someone else, and since it was listed as free size, I thought I could somehow fit into it! But I couldn't... I was so shocked when I tried it on and it didn't work.
