I bought this a few years ago and have worn it for about two seasons. The hem has some dirt and wear from walking, and the inside of the bottom is also dirty. Please check the photos. There is a white stain on the seat. The arms and legs have strings for adjustment. The cuffs are designed to keep out wind and snow. My daughter wore this, and she often received compliments on how cool it looked. I've washed it at home, so I think the water repellency is gone. I apologize if there are any other overlooked stains or issues.
