I received this from another seller, but the size didn't fit me, so I'm hoping someone else can wear it. The previous seller mentioned it was from Chrony, but there are no fabric tags or anything. It's simple, has a nice stiffness and volume, and is very cute. It has lining up to about the knees. I received it as a new item with no tags. I have only tried it on.
