While seated, train your soles and calves! The SIXPAD Foot Fit 3 uses EMS* to target the soles of your feet, shins, and calves, training those muscles. It uses a method of electrical conduction where electricity flows between the left and right feet, and the main unit tilts back and forth in accordance with your foot movements to support training. *EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation) (This is not a medical device.) I purchased this last November and used it for a while, but I'm selling it because I started going to the gym and no longer use it. There are small scratches and dents on the mat, but the main unit is in relatively good condition, I think.
