I purchased these new, and removed the outer bag and tags, but my child didn't like them and outgrew them without wearing them (so I'm listing them as "like new"). These are Topvalu tights. They have adorable rabbit appliqués on both ankles. It's a shame to throw them away, so I hope someone will use them.
