I think they would fit someone who wears 23cm to 23.5cm. Heel height is 6.5cm. These are high-quality suede and genuine leather short boots, and the heels are stable and easy to walk in. The purchase price was about 20,000 yen. The size feeling is just my personal opinion, so returns due to size differences are not accepted. There are scratches on the right toe and near the inner zipper. Please check the images. There is no original box, so I will ship them in a different shoe box.
