This is a U-shaped donut cushion. I purchased it in 2022 and used it for a little over a month. I bought it looking for the same type as the ones in the maternity hospital. My postpartum wound hurt, so I couldn't sit without it. The sitting comfort is firm. There are no major scratches or stains, but there is one scuff mark. (See photo 3) Please check the images. The cover has a zipper. The zipper tab was originally not attached from the time of purchase.
