These are Kote (wrist protectors) from Nihon Kendogu Seisakusho. They are a popular JW model even for adults, and the size is S. I've been washing them while using them, so there's no particular unpleasant smell. The wrists are soft and very easy to use. The surface Orizashi (woven fabric) has some fading, but there are no tears. The palm is made of the popular navy blue Ultrasuede, and the right hand has no tears. The left thumb has a hole of about 1 cm in diameter, but it's still perfectly usable. The leather binding is synthetic leather and is worn, but it doesn't affect use. I've been washing them while using them, so they've become quite soft and easy to use.
