This is a deep grill pan made of black iron. The separately sold SHALLOW200 can be used as a lid. (When using SHALLOW as a lid, please be careful to avoid injury, burns, etc.) With a rim height of 3cm, the highest among our products, it is ideal for cooking dishes such as ajillo, paella, acqua pazza, and okonomiyaki. Additional note: By using SHALLOW200 as a lid, you can also bake pizza without a Dutch oven. (When cooking pizza, place charcoal on top of SHALLOW after covering with SHALLOW200.
