I'm selling these because the SHURE over-ear style didn't fit me, and I've been storing them at home for many years. The cable shows signs of aging, with a green patina, but it's said that this doesn't affect the sound quality. If you're concerned, I recommend replacing the cable. Regarding the green patina: The green color on the earphone cable is caused by the reaction of the internal materials (such as plasticizers) with sweat and sebum, resulting in "green patina" (rokushou). This phenomenon is especially common with transparent cables, and while it's said not to affect the sound quality, the appearance changes. As a countermeasure, you can wipe the cable or replace it with a detachable type (compatible with cable replacement). Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a new item or are sensitive to used items. I try my best to photograph the item in colors as close to the actual item as possible, but please understand that there may be slight color differences due to limitations in the shooting environment.
