It produces a thick, warm chorus sound, and is still a highly-regarded, classic model. The SCH-ZD has been improved over the SCH-1 and SCH-Z to prevent a volume increase when the effect is turned on. Velcro is attached to the back, but the exterior shows little sign of use and is in overall very clean condition.
