I am selling this item because my child has outgrown it. There is a small blue stain on the right sleeve, but it's not very noticeable. Please refer to the photos. The skirt has a lining. I especially loved the gold buttons on the back, they are very stylish. Please understand that this is a used item worn by a child. I may use recycled materials for packaging.
