The box says "Kyowa Bank, Showa 26 (1951), Commemorating Capital Increase." The box is badly stained and has scratches. The spoon and fork were dirty, but I cleaned them with silver polish. These are quite old items, so please check the pictures and understand before purchasing. Thank you for looking.
