This is a Pendleton board shirt. It's from the 60s and features a light blue-gray and off-white check pattern. I think it's a popular color combination. The condition includes stains on the underside of the collar and cuffs, a tear on the right sleeve (repaired by the previous owner), and deterioration of the buttonholes.
