This is a black Oribe-style matcha tea bowl. Inside the box, there was a paper with "Mantaro" written on it. I believe it is a piece that has a charm that makes you want to pick it up and hold it in your palm, with its black luster and deformed shape. Also, the natural beauty from the earth, which is difficult to convey in photographs, seems to be imbued with the spirit and warmth of people, embodying Japanese art to the fullest. Although it is a new and unused item, please understand that it has been stored on a shelf with other tea ceremony utensils for about 5 years before purchasing.
