I won this from a flyer I received when Chibo had a booth at the Osaka-Kansai Expo! It's brand new and unopened. It's a 30cm square towel handkerchief that expands when you put it in water. Once you do that, it won't go back to its original shape. I was really happy to win it, but I can't bring myself to use it. I'm selling it in case anyone collects these. Please understand that this is a novelty item that was won as a prize.
