This is a K&F mount adapter, well-known among old lens enthusiasts. It allows the use of Nikon F-mount lenses (for SLR cameras) on Sony NEX E-mount cameras. Even with G-type lenses that lack an aperture ring, the aperture can be adjusted using the adapter's ring, but electronic aperture lenses cannot have their aperture adjusted. Since there are no electronic contacts, focusing, exposure, etc., must all be done manually. The inside of the mount adapter is not treated for internal reflection. Infinity focus is supported. This item is new. The originally included plastic storage case is not included. Please note that the item will be opened before shipping to check for initial defects and to test the lens and camera compatibility. A new lens cloth (15x15CM) will be included as a bonus.
