This is an SL clock, a souvenir I purchased when I rode the Oigawa Railway. When the alarm goes off, it plays a whistle and drain sound, and the windows light up. It runs with a pull-back mechanism. C1190 Uses 2 AAA batteries (sold separately) Comes with box and instructions It's new and unused, as I've kept it in storage since I bought it.
