While there are no noticeable scratches or stains, there's some slight pilling on the sleeves, and some small pills on the inside of the hem (see photos 3 and 4). Also, there's a darker area on the back, which doesn't appear to be a stain (see photo 5). Please note that the color may appear slightly different from the actual item due to camera limitations.
