This is a fully waterproof and windproof jacket from MAAP. I've worn it about 5 times. The size is XS. For reference, I'm about 171cm tall and weigh 58-60kg, and the fit is just right. The chest pocket is very convenient. There are some stains here and there, such as on the chest and collar. The retail price was around 40,000 yen, I believe.
