This is a black wrap-style culotte skirt. From the front, it looks like a wrap skirt, but it's actually a culotte, so it's easy to move around in without worry. It has a non-slip tape on the waist and a pocket on the right side. I think the size is around a size 15, but please check the details in the fourth photo before purchasing. There are some fold wrinkles from storage, but it's a new, unused item, so it was only opened for the photos and is still in the original bag. I have another item of the same size.
