There are no missing parts, but it has been heavily weathered, so please refrain from bidding if you are concerned. To fix it, you will need to get a new pantograph. Regarding the weathering on the resin parts, such as the snowplow and bogies, the paint doesn't adhere well and there are some areas where the color has peeled off. Please check the images carefully.
