School name unknown. These are school socks. They're closer to socks in length than high socks, but slightly longer than regular socks. They are dark navy blue with white embroidery, but the meaning of the embroidery is unknown. Size: 23-25cm Made in Japan. They were in an outer bag, which I opened to check the item. I will repackage them in a new bag before sending. Please be aware of the above before purchasing.
