There are no noticeable stains or tears. I haven't used it in the last 2-3 years and have been storing it at home, but I don't plan to use it in the future, so I'm putting it up for sale. I have a cat. I take great care to remove any cat hair, but please refrain from purchasing if you have allergies or are concerned. Due to shipping costs, I may fold it compactly for shipping.
