This is a pochette purchased in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It's made by attaching rectangular pieces of fabric, with a zipper in the middle, and folded in half with the zipper on top (I'm sorry, my explanation is poor). In addition to the main pocket, there's a zippered pocket on the front and back, and another pocket on the front that fastens with a button. It's unused, but it has been stored without any protection, and as it's a handmade item, there may be some loose threads or a slight used feel to the fabric.
