This is a lacquered box with a karakusa (arabesque) pattern. It has been stored at home for many years, and the cinnabar ink pad has hardened and is likely unusable in its current state. The lacquered box itself is very beautiful, so please consider it. There are stains on the outer box as shown in the photos.
