These are fabric scraps from curtains purchased at the curtain specialty store Cotton Field. The fabric is firm and the pattern and color are lovely. I believe it's polyester. I don't know the manufacturer anymore, but I think it's a famous brand. Not just for curtains, but also as interior fabric.
