It's convenient because you can use Garmin Pay for things like Suica, and it's superior in terms of battery life and performance for triathlons and running. Above all, the display is beautiful and very easy to see, and it also measures sleep quality, giving you a score every morning. By utilizing the nap mode (with alarm), it will become an indispensable companion in your daily life. I've used it for two years, but the battery still lasts for a week on a single charge. (Because the battery lasts so long, I often forget when I last charged it, so I haven't accurately measured how long it lasts.) Lightweight, tough, and high-performance. The design is also excellent. I've lightly cleaned the straps, but if you're concerned, please purchase genuine bands at a store or on Amazon.
