There's some soiling, but this was purchased for my now-high school sophomore daughter when she was in her third year of junior high, as her rain gear suddenly went missing. It's labeled as 120cm, and my daughter is 150cm tall. The rain gear was quite large on her, so it seems suitable for those up to 155cm. No hood. I don't think it was used more than 5 times. However, there are some stains and scratches, so please be aware of that before purchasing.
