This is the Duplo series, safe for young children to play with. This is a deluxe set featuring Finn McMissile, Lightning McQueen, and Mater from Cars 2. You can play with it by hooking it onto the crane, and I think there are various ways to play with it. All the parts are included. Also, there is no box or instruction manual. There is an assembly instruction manual on the LEGO official website.
