This is a ReFa straight iron. I purchased it from the official online store in January 2021. The power turns on, but it turns off immediately after starting to use it. It seems to be a contact issue, and I have applied masking tape to the base of the cord. Please refer to the photos. The plates are also damaged. There is also yellowing overall.
