I purchased this new as a replacement at the end of last year. When I test-fitted the lock case and escutcheon plate to the door's mounting holes, I found that the size didn't match. I ended up having a separate professional handle the ordering of the correct replacement and the installation. As a result, I was unable to return this item due to the return period expiring, and it's now in my possession.
