This is a preamp pedal from the popular and rising brand, Peace hill fx. Judging from its appearance and sound, it seems to replicate the sound of a Fender amp (DR likely refers to Deluxe Reverb). You can get the crisp, clean tones characteristic of Fender amps. I purchased it new in June of this year and have used it several times in the studio and at live performances. There are no noticeable scratches or operational problems. The sticker on the back is peeling off, but I don't think it's a problem even without it. A free the tone 12V adapter and the original box are included.
