I purchased this new and used it for about a year and a half. I was careful with it, but I think there's some wear and tear. I've cleaned it as much as possible before listing it, but please be aware that it is a used item. I was using it normally until recently, so I think it works fine. The ear tips that are attached have been used, and the spare ones are unused.
