This is a vintage long scissor with traces of the name "Toshi〇" written on it. There are many scratches, etc., but the blades have plenty of volume remaining, and it seems to be usable in its current condition. The current feel and sharpness are quite good. For reference, it cuts very sharply and well without snagging tissue paper. I've sharpened it, so I think you can use it right away, but if you're looking for a particular sharpness, please sharpen and adjust it yourself before using it.
