This is a Chiikawa sasumata (a type of defensive tool). It's light blue and a Hachiware version. A child who is a Chiikawa fan used it once for taking photos. It will be shipped deflated. It's about 70cm long. I have confirmed that there are no air leaks, but please understand that it has been handled by another person.
